SHIPPING POLICY

Cake in a can orders placed between midday Wednesday and midday Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.

Cake in a can orders  placed from 9am on Monday  to 11.59am on Wednesday will be dispatched the next day 

Loaf cake orders will be dispatched on Wednesdays only.

Your dispatch date will be stated on the pink announcement banner at the top of the webpage before purchasing, as well as on your confirmation email.

SHELF LIFE

All of our bakes have a 7 day shelf life from the date of dispatch.Our cakes can be frozen for up to 3 months. Mocktails should be kept refrigerated up to 7 days  and not frozen.

 

Postal Orders sent via Royal Mail

We send our postal Cake in a can ,cake loaves and mocktails in a can across Northern Ireland, UK Islands and Scottish Highlands via Royal Mail Tracked24 Delivery. 

If you have selected Express shipping at checkout, your order will be sent in our next dispatch via Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed* delivery next day or the price of postage will be refunded).

• Once your order is dispatched from our bakery you will receive an email containing your Royal Mail tracking details.

• Please note that we offer Royal Mail delivery guidelines based on their published recommendations. Tracked24 aims for next day delivery but is not guaranteed. Therefore, we cannot accept liability for any delivery issues, including late deliveries, once the order has been dispatched from our kitchen. However, we will always do our very best to understand and resolve issues on your behalf.

• Where delivery is requested, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, along with a correct phone number for contact. It is also the customer’s responsibility that there is someone to accept the delivery at the address.

• Please note that our cake in a can ,loaf cakes and mocktails will not enter through the letterbox. We cannot accept responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or because there is no one to accept delivery.

E-Gift Cards

Joelle Jacobs Baked Treats e-Gift Cards can be redeemed online only, through our website. Codes are valid for one year from the date of purchase, and cannot be extended.

e-Gift cards are non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative.

Orders made using an e-Gift card are subject to the terms and conditions of our delivery service.

Refunds are not available on gift voucher purchases, nor can gift vouchers be exchanged for cash or other goods. 

Gift vouchers codes will be sent via email and you may forward it directly to the recipient, or print it out as a physical copy.

Refund Policy

All of our decorated cakes,cake loaves ,cake in a can are baked to order, and we do not accept returns. The mocktails are also made to order ,and we do not accept returns.

Postals – Refunds, credit notes, or a replacement order to the same value will be given only in the event that you receive the incorrect product, or if the products are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality. Should this be the case, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your postal bakes upon arrival, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Lubees Creations and Cake in a can by Lubees will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time. While we take great care to package our products securely for postal delivery, on rare occasions ,imperfections may occur win transit . This will not warrant a refund.

In the case where the issue of concern isn’t clear from photographs, we will require you to return the product to us for inspection. Subject to our report on the claimed damage, we will provide a refund, credit note, or a replacement order to the same value of the returned product in the event that the product(s) are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality. Lubees creations and Cake in a can by Lubees will not be liable for any costs incurred by you in returning your unusable goods to us. 

 

Additional non-returnable items: Gift Cards, Digital Downloads (Recipes),Onsite Class trainings are not returnable and refundable 

Collection Address (Pre-booked orders only)

Collection address for decorated cakes is RM10 zone,Dagenham .Full address will be sent to you via mail or text.
